Handling instructions
Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cooking times may vary. Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.

MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST:Pierce Pouch. Cook on a high setting in a 1.8 kw oven for approximately 2 ½ minutes to 3 minutes.Shake gently before servingMICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Cook on high setting in a 1.8 kw oven for 2 ½ minutes, pierce film pouch continue cooking for approximately 3 ½ minutes - 4 minutes.
